Li Yelin, a professional artist, born 1939 in Guangan county Sichuan province, been painting for 59 years with many exhibitions in New York, Hong Kong, Singerpore and Kuala Lumpur and China. He developed the 'Yelin Colourful Chinese Ink Painting 'known as "CAI MO" style. This new school in painting is now finding a demand from many collectors from EU Europe, United States, United kingdom, Japan and Malaysia.

Li Yelin's painting achievements have been recorded into the Artistic Elites dictionary, World Artistic Celebrities, World Famous Chinese Writers and Artist and the world Artist Biography. One of Li Yelin's artworks "Eastern Pearl Faces Sunrise" earned the International Gold Prize in the Second World Chinese Artists Calligraphy and Painting Competition which was collected into World Fine Arts, published by Hong Kong Art Publishing House.

Li Yelins academic paper "Traditional Chinese Painting Needs Fresh Ideas" was collected into the works of Chinese creative theory issued by the Shanghai Scientific and Technical Literature Publishing House. 

Li Yelin is a standing committee member of the Hong Kong International Painting Academy. Member of the Chinese Artist Association and Chinese Creative Association.
